Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein Konto und die zugehörigen Daten der App „Sudoku" (Paket studio.aequinode.sudoku) löschen kannst.

1. Direkt in der App (empfohlen, sofort)

1. App öffnen → Profil/Einstellungen.
2. „Konto löschen" auswählen.
3. Zur Bestätigung das Wort LÖSCHEN eingeben und bestätigen.

Das Konto und die serverseitig gespeicherten Daten werden damit unwiderruflich gelöscht.

2. Per E-Mail anfordern (ohne App)

Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, schreib uns an [email protected] mit dem Betreff „Kontolöschung Sudoku" und der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos. Wir löschen dein Konto und die zugehörigen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.

3. Was gelöscht wird

• dein Konto (E-Mail-Anmeldung),
• Profile, Namen und Avatare,
• Spielfortschritt, Trophäen und Ranglisten-Daten,
• die geräteübergreifende Synchronisierung.

Lokale Daten auf deinem Gerät entfernst du zusätzlich vollständig durch Deinstallieren der App. Es werden keine Daten über die Löschung hinaus aufbewahrt (außer kurzzeitig, soweit gesetzlich zwingend erforderlich).

4. Nur bestimmte Daten löschen (ohne Kontolöschung)

Du kannst auch einzelne Daten entfernen, ohne dein Konto zu löschen: in der App einzelne Profile löschen, Name/Avatar ändern oder entfernen und die anonyme Statistik bzw. Absturzberichte per Opt-out deaktivieren. Alternativ schreib uns an [email protected] und gib an, welche Daten entfernt werden sollen.

Delete account & data

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for the app “Sudoku” (package studio.aequinode.sudoku).

1. In the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open the app → Profile/Settings.
2. Choose “Delete account”.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and server-side data are then irreversibly deleted.

2. Request by email (without the app)

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete account Sudoku” and the email address of your account. We delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

3. What is deleted

• your account (email sign-in),
• profiles, names and avatars,
• game progress, achievements and ranking data,
• cross-device sync.

Local data on your device is fully removed by uninstalling the app. No data is retained beyond deletion (except briefly where legally required).

4. Delete only specific data (without deleting your account)

You can also remove individual data without deleting your account: in the app delete individual profiles, change or remove your name/avatar, and turn off anonymous statistics or crash reports via opt-out. Alternatively, email [email protected] and specify which data should be removed.
